(BTO.TO)(NYSE MKT:BTG)(NAMIBIAN:B2G) ("B2Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from the election of its Board of Directors at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on June 12, 2015.
