Dear Investors:

In early July, Lou Nagy, BacTech CFO, and I visited Snow Lake, Manitoba, to meet with the Town Council and to provide an update on the progress of our proposed bioleach plant.

During the visit, we sat down with Marc Jackson, Editor of the Snow Lake newspaper, The Underground Press, to discuss our progress to date. With Mr. Jackson's permission, we have posted the article to our website.

In addition, we have also posted a Letter to the Editor of The Underground Press that we felt compelled to write in response to one individual's incorrect statements to the Town Council meeting on July 4.
