(BED.V) ("the Company" or "Bedrocan Canada") announced today that it has granted 200,000 stock options to a director of the Company, each such stock option entitling the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.79 based on today's closing share price. The options were issued with a term of five years.
