Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 18, 2016, will receive $0.42 per share, payable on Sept. 1, 2016.
The company also confirms that it will announce its 2016 second quarter earnings after the market closes on Wednesday, Aug. 3, and host its 2016 second quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, Aug. 4, at 11 a.m. EDT.
