Rawson - Board and Management Changes
Rawson Resources Limited (ASX: RAW) wishes to announce that Mr Simon Bird advised he will be stepping down as Chairman of Rawson Resources from today. Simon will remain on the board as an Independent Non-Executive Director until 30th September, 2015, to allow for a transition to a new appointment. Non-Executive Director Mr Allister Richardson will assume
the role of Chairman, on an interim basis until a new appointment is confirmed.
In addition, Dr Scott Brownlaw has resigned his position as Chief Executive Officer. In accordance with his contract, Scott will work with the Board to ensure a smooth handover.
