Board Changes
Terrain Minerals Limited (ASX: TMX) advises that Mr David Porter has retired as a director of the Company. Mr Porter has served as a director of Company since 2013 and has played an integral role in the Company's development.
The Board thanks Mr Porter for his valuable contribution during his time in office and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Vice Chairman, Mr Paul Dickson will assume the role of chairman of the Board, having previously held this position with the Company.
The Company's geological requirements will continue to be managed by two senior geologists that Terrain uses regularly as well as a larger group of industry specialist, who report directly to the board.
