Diamonds North Resources And International Samuel Approve
C$1,000,000 Budget For Ualliq Exploration

Vancouver, April 18, 2007 - Diamonds North Resources (DDN: TSX.V) and
International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SAZ), announce a
C$1,000,000 exploration budget for the Ualliq property located north
and northwest of Diamond North Resources' Amaruk property in the Pelly
Bay Diamond District of Nunavut. Encouraging Diamond indicator minerals
and geophysical survey data suggest a new diamondiferous kimberlite
field may exist on the Ualliq property.

The C$1,000,000 exploration budget approved for 2007 at Ualliq will
include:

- geophysical surveying over the main Ualliq indicator mineral train
- detailed geophysics on up to 50 targets
- drill test up to 12 of the highest priority targets

The Ualliq property is adjacent to Diamonds North's Amaruk property
where high Diamond counts from the Qavvik kimberlite were recently
announced (515 diamonds recovered from 397 kilograms of kimberlite --
see News Release NR07-07, March 29th, 2007).

The Qavvik kimberlite is located approximately 20 kilometres from the
Ualliq property. Abundant kimberlite indicator minerals recovered from
glacial till on the Ualliq property define several Diamond prospective
regions, including an area extending for 60-kilometre. The Companies
consider this area prospective for multiple diamondiferous kimberlite
intrusions. To date, 36 targets have been identified from the 2006
airborne survey and range in size up to 6 hectares.

"From the mineral chemistry, number and size of geophysical targets
identified to date, we believe the Ualliq property offers the partner's
and our shareholders a significant discovery opportunity. Our objective
this year is to confirm Ualliq is the newest diamondiferous kimberlite
field in the Pelly Bay Diamond District" says Mark Kolebaba, President
and CEO of Diamonds North Resources.

To date only the eastern part of the property has been surveyed with
detailed geophysics. Approximately 17,000 line kilometers will be
surveyed in 2007.

Diamonds North Resources is operator on the project with International
Samuel earning a 30% interest in the property by incurring C$3 million
in expenditures over four years. In addition, for each of the first
four kimberlite bodies discovered on the property, International Samuel
shall issue 250,000 common shares to Diamonds North. (See News Release
06-26, August 2, 2006).

Mr. Bruce Kienlen (P.Geol) is Diamonds North's Qualified Person for the
project as defined under NI 43-101.
