CB GOLD INC. EXTENDS WARRANT EXPIRY DATE

Vancouver, British Columbia: October 29, 2014 - CB Gold Inc. (TSX-V: CBJ) ("CB Gold" or the "Company") has extended the expiry date of the warrants granted November 2, 2011 from November 2, 2014 to November 2, 2015, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Each warrant is exercisable for one common share of the Company at a price of Cdn$0.09 per share.
