Minerals Development Limited (TSX: ANO; "Anatolia") reports
that its board of directors has accepted the resignation of Anatolia's
CEO and President, Richard C, Moores, II.�
Mr. Moores asked to step down as CEO, President and Director of
Anatolia Minerals for personal reasons, effective February, 29,
2008.� A search committee has been
formed by the Board and will immediately undertake the process of
selecting a new CEO.� Mr. Moores will assist in ensuring a
smooth transition.
Said Mr.. Moores: "It has been an
interesting and intense 12 years, but all things come to an end.� Working together, the Anatolia team has
accomplished great things for the company, the shareholders and our
partners.� I believe the
organization, the people, who make up the Anatolia family will continue
to be successful in the future.�
Meanwhile, I feel it is time to move on and pursue other interests
in other places."
