NEWS RELEASE - CHANGE OF BOARD MEMBERS

Vancouver, Canada: - Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro" or the "Company") announces that David Parry resigned from the Company's management team and board on June 4th, 2011. Mr. Parry has agreed to continue as a project specific consultant to the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Parry for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him good fortune in his future endeavours.
David Worrall , the Company's President and CEO, has been appointed to the Company's board of directors effective June 5th 2011.
Transeuro is involved in the acquisition of petroleum and natural gas rights, the exploration for, and development and production of crude oil, condensate and natural gas. The Company's properties are located in Canada, Armenia, and Ukraine. In addition, the Company holds a back-in option to Eaglewood Energy Inc.'s exploration licenses in Papua New Guinea.
