CHANGES TO LA MANCHA BOARD AND MANAGEMENT TEAM
Montreal, QC (Canada) - August 29, 2012 - La Mancha Resources Inc. (TSX: LMA) ("La Mancha" or "Company") announces that, following the satisfaction of all conditions to the offer by Weather Investments II S.� r.l. to acquire all of the common shares in La Mancha at a price of C$3.50 per share by way of takeover bid, the below changes have been made to the La Mancha Board of Directors ("Board") effective immediately.
Yann Guilbaud, Nicolas Nouveau, Andreas Mittler and Olivier Wantz have resigned from the Board and Michel Hubert, Iman Naguib, S�bastien de Montessus and Naguib Sawiris have been appointed to the Board. Naguib Sawiris has been appointed as Chair of the Board.
Dominique Delorme has resigned from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed as Executive Vice President of La Mancha. La Mancha is pleased to announce that S�bastien de Montessus has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.
