CLAIM INSPECTION CONFIRMS THAT THE ROUGHRIDER ZONE IS ENTIRELY ON HATHOR’S GROUND

Hathor Exploration Limited (HAT–TSX.V) is pleased to report that it has received the Field Inspection Report from the Saskatchewan Government’s Ministry of Energy and Resources with respect to Hathor’s 90%-owned Midwest NorthEast Property located in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.  Terra Ventures Inc. (TAS–TSX.V) owns a 10-per-cent production carried interest in the Midwest Northeast property.

The report confirms that:

• The recently discovered Roughrider Zone uranium mineralization occurs completely within Hathor’s original Midwest NE claim (Disposition S-107243);

• The location of claim posts in the field determines claim boundaries and the closing times for staking determines priority of claims;

• Hathor’s Disposition S-107243 has priority over the nearest claims held by Fission Energy Corp. (“Fission”);

• Hathor’s recent staking has successfully acquired 100% of the “open ground” fractions between Hathor’s original property and claims held by Fission; and

• Fission’s recent attempt to stake fractional open ground was rejected because Hathor’s staking had priority.

Hathor considers the report as vindication of its unwavering position that its recent Roughrider Zone discovery is securely within the Midwest NE property boundaries, and is pleased to report that it has now further buttressed its property position by successfully acquiring all of the open ground in the area.
