February 16, 2010 Lake Shore Gold Announces Closing of Second Tranche of Flow-Through Financing TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2010) - Lake Shore Gold Corp. (TSX:LSG) ("Lake Shore Gold" or the "Company") today announced the closing of the second tranche of a previously announced non-brokered structured flow-through financing co-lead by Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. and Canaccord Capital Corporation. The Company today issued approximately 1.27 million common shares on a structured flow-through basis at an average price of $5.98 per share for net proceeds of $7.2 million. Hochschild Mining plc has subsequently purchased the 1.27 million commons shares for $4.03 per share.
