AMSTERDAM , Oct. 31, 2014 /CNW/ -- Cnova N.V. ("Cnova"), one of the largest global eCommerce companies, announced today the launch of its initial public offering of 26,800,000 ordinary shares. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $12.50 and $14.00 per share, which would result in a total offering size between $335,000,000 and $375,200,000 . All of the shares are being offered by Cnova. In addition, Cnova has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 4,020,000 additional ordinary shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Cnova has applied to list its ordinary shares on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "CNV".
