Company Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, B.C. and Lima, Peru, February 19, 2008. Panoro Minerals Ltd.
(the Company) announces that on February 14, 2008 options have been
granted under its existing Stock Option Plan to a Director (150,000
shares) having assumed the position of General Manager of Cordillera de
las Minas and three employees (50,000 shares each) of the Company
totalling 300,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.40 per share
for a five year term.
Cordillera de las Minas is the Peruvian subsidiary of the Company that
it acquired from CVRD (Vale) and Antofagasta in 2007. The former
General Manager and a Director of CDLM, Alberto Caballero Noriega
resigned effective January 31, 2008.
