COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT / RESIGNATION
The Board of A-Cap Resources Limited wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas Yeak to the position of Company Secretary effective immediately.
The appointment follows the resignation of Mr Denis Rakich effective immediately.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Rakich for his efforts and commitment to the Company during the past five years.
Mr Yeak will now be the person nominated under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
