Coeur d' Alene, ID -- September 15, 2008, - Sterling Mining Company (TSX:SMQ / OTCBB:SRLM / FSE:SMX) ("Sterling") today announced it will be hosting a shareholder reception for Friday, September 19, 2008 from 9am to 11am at the Coeur d Alene Inn Best Western, Room 106, located at 414 W.
