(TSX-V: YLL) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital such that every ten (10) existing shares are consolidated into one (1) new share effective May 28, 2013. Additionally, as of the same date the Company's name will be changed to Alta Vista Ventures Ltd. The share consolidation and name change received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance on May 28, 2013.The shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis under the name Alta Vista Ventures Ltd. on May 29, 2013 with the trading symbol AVV.V.
