Boss Continues Search for CEO

Vancouver, B.C. - Thursday, April 4, 2013: Boss Power Corp. (TSX.V: BPU) reports that the board of directors have asked Ron Netolitzky, Chairman of the Company, to be acting CEO until the position can be filled.

The Company is actively pursuing the selection of a new CEO.
