(the "Company" or "Bard") is pleased to announce that in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), the Company's amended Stock Option Plan was approved by its shareholders at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on April 28, 2015, and subsequently by the Exchange. The Company has amended its fixed plan whereby it has increased the number of shares reserved for issuance thereunder from 773,290 shares to 3,203,953 shares.
