PEARL CORPORATE UPDATE
CALGARY, ALBERTA - Pearl Exploration and
Production Ltd.
("Pearl" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: PXX and First
North: PXXS) reports that Mr. Gary Hyde has resigned as an employee and Chief
Operating Officer of the Company to pursue other career opportunities.
"We will miss Gary
and wish him all the best in his future endeavours," stated Pearl's CEO, Keith
Hill.
Mr. Dean Tucker has been appointed Vice
President of Operations and will assume Mr. Hyde’s duties. In
addition, Mr. David Sprague, formerly of Chevron Canada and Numac Energy, will be
joining the Company as a consultant.
