CORRECTION TO 21 JULY 2015 APPENDIX 3B

Independence Group NL ('Company') (ASX: IGO) refers to the Appendix 3B lodged on 21 July 2015 and advises of a correction to the number of unquoted performance rights that have the potential to vest not earlier than 1 July 2017. The Appendix 3B dated 21 July 2017 gave a number of 509,840 performance rights. The correct number of performance rights is 509,480.

Please find attached a corrected Appendix 3B.
