VANCOUVER , Feb. 23, 2015 /CNW/ - Cosigo Resources Ltd. ("Cosigo" or the "Company") announces the resignation today of Dennis Milburn , Ted Robinson and Christine Aney from their respective board and executive positions with the Company. Andres Rendle , VP South American Operations, will continue as the sole director and officer pending appointment of new directors and officers.
The resignations follow the settlement of an ongoing dispute with a shareholder.
