("Denison" or the "Company") (TSX:DML) (NYSE MKT:DNN) today announced that it has filed its 2014 annual report on Form 40-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Denison's Form 40-F, which includes its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014, is available on Denison's website at www.denisonmines.com (on the homepage under "Financial Reports") and on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml. In addition, Denison has filed its Annual Information Form with Canadian regulatory authorities.

Denison is a uranium exploration and development company with interests in exploration and development projects in Canada, Zambia, Mali, Namibia and Mongolia. Including its 60% owned Wheeler project, which hosts the high grade Phoenix uranium deposit, Denison's exploration project portfolio consists of numerous projects covering over 467,000 hectares in the eastern Athabasca Basin region of Saskatchewan.
