TORONTO, April 14, 2015 /Marketwired/ - Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA; AIM: DALR) ("Dalradian" or the "Company") announces that on 7 April 2015 it issued Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") to officers of the Company. The number of RSUs issued and the resultant total number of RSUs held by each individual are shown in the table below.

The RSUs subject to this award will vest on 7 April 2018 subject to the condition that the recipients remain employed by the Company. One RSU gives the recipient the right to one Common Share in the Company at nil cost to the recipient.
