The Company announces it has been notified by Nick Lyth, a Non-executive Director of Altona, that, on 17 December 2015, he purchased 1.3 million ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 0.718p per share. This is Mr Lyth's only holding of Altona shares and represents 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital.
