Ovoca was notified on 6 October 2015 that Kirill Golovanov, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had purchased 11,656,204 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of Stg 4.95 pence per ordinary share on 6 October 2015. Mr Golovanov purchased the ordinary shares from Salyco Trading Co. Limited ('Salyco'), a company connected to Mikhail Mogutov, Chairman of Ovoca. Following this transaction, Mr. Golovanov holds 11,656,204 ordinary shares of the Company, or 13.2% of Ovoca's issued share capital. Salyco and Mr. Mogutov no longer have any interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
