Bluerock Resources: Director Resigns
  Vancouver, B.C., January 23, 2009 -- Bluerock Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:BRD) (the "Company") announces that William M. Sheriff has resigned as a director of the Company. The Company would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the work that Mr. Sheriff has done on behalf of the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Bluerock Resources Ltd. is a uranium exploration company focused on discovering tomorrow's energy today through the acquisition and development of conventional uranium resources.
