Retirement of Non-Executive Director - Mr Dalton Gooding

Sipa Resources Limited (Sipa - ASX: SRI) advises that Non-Executive Director Dalton Gooding has retired from the Sipa Board, effective today to focus on his other Board roles.

Sipa Chairman, Mr Craig McGown, thanked Mr Gooding for his contribution to Sipa and its subsidiaries over the 13 years he has served as Director and expressed the Company's appreciation to Dalton for his valuable contribution over that time.

Mr McGown said "On behalf of the Board and Management, I would like to thank Dalton for his commitment and dedication over a long period of time and wish him all the very best in future endeavours." He added that that the retirement was part of the Company's on-going board renewal process.

Mrs Karen Field will assume the role of senior independent director, previously held by Mr Gooding.
