Director Share Purchase
Orsu Metals Corporation (�Orsu�, or the �Company�) (AIM: OSU, TSX: OSU) announces that on 5 September 2008, the Company was notified that Executive Chairman, Dr Sergey V Kurzin, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company as per the table below.
Prior to this transaction Dr Kurzin held 750,000 ordinary shares in Orsu; after these transactions Dr Kurzin now holds 1,100,000 ordinary shares or 0.24% of the total number of shares in issue.
