DISCUSSIONS REGARDING THE POSSIBLE SALE OF UK GAS ASSETS
Further to the Quarterly Report lodged by Eden Energy Ltd ('the Company') on 13 October 2015 in which the Company advised discussions in relation to the possible sale of Eden's UK gas assets are taking place, it would like to advise that the other party in these discussions is Infinity Energy SA, a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in the UK.
Further details will be announced if and when an agreement is reached.
