--  The Forsan Mineralized Zone ("FMZ") which is the object of a recent NI
    43-101 resource calculation will be investigated to verify the presence
    of additional zones at depth. The resource model identified several
    targets and the possible stacking of mineralized zones will be tested. 

--  The geological model and current resource estimate demonstrates that the
    FMZ contains at least four continuous mineralized lenses. Projected near
    surface mineralization outlined by the resource model will be
    investigated in the eastern section of FMZ. 

--  An intersection of 56.86 g/t Au over 4.00 m (including 113.64 g/t Au
    over 2.00 m) was obtained from a depth of 42 to 46 m at 600 m to the
    south-east of the FMZ resource area. Step out drilling will target the
    extension of this new high grade gold bearing quartz-pyrite-tourmaline
    zone. The drilling will also test a key intrusive unit which is
    associated with the gold mineralization along the entire Forsan
    mineralized corridor.
