EdenCrete500 is a carbon nanotube enriched liquid additive which increases the flexural and tensile strength of concrete thereby improving resistance to failure resulting from bending and stressing.

Application Guidelines

EdenCrete500 should be employed at a
dosage rate of 30 to 150 fluid ounces per 100 pounds (2.0 L to 10.0 L per 100 kg) of total cementitious. EdenCrete500 has a water content of 85-90%.
EdenCrete500 can be at added at the hopper of a concrete mixing truck or in a central plant mixer. The EdenCrete500 should be added with the tail water during the mixing process. Once added, mix the concrete at the maximum mixing speed for approximately 70-100 revolutions.
It is the responsibility of the end user to conduct trial batches to ensure the adequate concrete mixture propor tions are consistent with the concrete proper ties needed. Please contact your local Eden Innovations sales representative for assistance in using EdenCrete500.

Storage, Handling, and Transport

EdenCrete500 should be transpor ted and stored at a temperature of 40-95°F (5-35°C). If the EdenCrete500 is allowed to freeze, the par ticles will irreversibly precipitate. For bulk storage, the admixture tank should be constructed of plastic, stainless steel, or fiberglass. The tank should be sealed after the EdenCrete500 is added. Translucent tanks and storage containers should be stored out of direct sunlight. Maintain the EdenCrete500 solution under
these above conditions. EdenCrete500 has a shelf life
of at least 12 months after production.

EdenCrete500 is not considered to be a dangerous material to handle. Before handling, refer to the corresponding Material Safety Data Sheet for health, safety, and environmental information.
