VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 2, 2011) - BONAVENTURE ENTERPRISES INC. ("Bonaventure" or "the Company") (News - Market indicators)(FRANKFURT:YQG) announces that the Effective Date for its name change to Iconic Minerals Ltd. and the consolidation of its issued share capital on a ten (10) old shares for one (1) new share basis will be March 3, 2011. Accordingly, at market open on March 3, 2011, the Company's common shares will commence trading as Iconic Minerals Ltd. under TSX-V trading symbol: ICM.

A Letter of Transmittal is being mailed to shareholders regarding the 10:1 consolidation.
