Vancouver, British Columbia - Electra Stone Ltd. (TSX Venture: ELT) ('Electra' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce results of the vote by shareholders at its annual and special meeting held on June 29, 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

A total of 25,677,801 Common Shares were represented at the Meeting, representing approximately 35.5% of the outstanding shares.

The five nominees proposed by management were elected to the Board of Directors. These directors are John Costigan, Darrell Dudley, Kyler Hardy, John Gorham and Tony Hu.

At the meeting, De Visser Grey LLP, were re-appointed as auditors of Electra for the ensuing year. Shareholders also re-approved the Company's 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
