Endeavour Mining And Adamus Resources Complete Merger

Monaco and Perth, Western Australia, December 19, 2011 -- Endeavour Mining Corporation ("Endeavour" or the "Corporation") (TSX:EDV, ASX:EVR) and Adamus Resources Limited ("Adamus") (ASX:ADU, TSX-V:ADU) are pleased to announce the successful completion of the scheme of arrangement ("Merger") by which Endeavour has acquired all of the issued ordinary shares of Adamus. As of today, and including the 129,340,958 shares issued as consideration under the Merger for the former shareholders of Adamus, Endeavour has 244,609,949 shares issued and outstanding. Endeavour is also pleased to announce that Ian Cunningham, the Company Secretary of Adamus, has also been appointed as Corporate Secretary of Endeavour.

Confirmations of holdings will shortly be sent to the former Adamus shareholders receiving the Merger consideration in the form of CHESS Depository Interests ("CDIs") or shares.

The Endeavour CDIs will commence trading on a normal settlement basis on the ASX from the start of trading on December 20, 2011 and the ASX will remove Adamus from the official list from the close of trading on December 20, 2011 (in both cases, Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
