VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2015) - EnerGulf Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ENG)(EKS.F) ("EnerGulf") announces that it will change its auditor to Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP from Collins Barrow Toronto LLP in connection with the completion of its plan of arrangement pursuant to which EnerGulf acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Columbus Copper Corporation, and changed its head office to Vancouver from Toronto. There are no reportable events between the former auditors and EnerGulf. EnerGulf wishes to thank Collins Barrow Toronto LLP for their years of service to the company.
