Entitlement Issue - Update to BPAY Biller code

Peak Resources Limited (ACN 112 546 700) (Company) wishes to advise that the BPAY Biller code for any shareholders wishing to subscribe under the entitlement issue has been updated.

Any payments made today through BPAY will need to be made to the new Biller Code of 979781. The reference for the payment as per the personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms remains unchanged.

This update does not affect any previous payments made by shareholders using the original BPAY Biller code details.

The Company wishes to apologise to shareholders for any confusion caused.
