Erin Ventures Inc. [TSX-Venture: EV] Erin will re-price its proposed private placement of up to 12,000,000 units from $0.06 per unit to $0.05 per unit with a full warrant exercisable at $0.15 for the first two years and with an exercise price of $0.30 in the third year.
The proceeds from this placement will be used to fund the Erin's exploration activities on its Piskanja, Serbia property and for working capital purposes. Erin may pay finders fees of up to 10% on this private placement. This proposed placement is conditional upon approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and receipt of subscriptions.
