Euromax issues 1.075.000stock options at $0.31

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EurOmax Resources Limited (TSX-V:EOX - News) ("EurOmax" or the "Company") announces that it has issued 1,075,000 stock options pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, including 250,000 options to an officer of the Company.

The options have been issued subject to regulatory approval and are exercisable at $0.31 per share with a five year term.
