Dear Shareholder & Spectator
I am writing to you from the back of a Qantas jet - flying to Europe for an investor road show to provide an update of the Bass Metals business. Approximately 12% of the Company's shares are held by European investors and funds and they appear to remain supportive of the Company's plans and strategy.
In my suitcase I have a recent Investment Research Report on Bass Metals released by Intersuisse research analyst, Chris Bain. Chris has provided an insightful report on Bass' development and exploration activities and overall he values the business at c.$60M (NPV basis at 12% discount rate). This 50% gap between our current share price (17 cents) and the Intersuisse valuation of 35 cents per share supports the premise of my recently updated presentation "A unique proposition" .. The undervalued nature of this resources company is not unique, however when examined in light of our production profile and strong asset base; I would argue that is unique. That uniqueness is supported by Intersuisse's Buy recommendation.
I hope you find the time to read the Intersuisse Report and I welcome any feedback or questions.
Kind Regards
Mike Rosenstreich
