Virginia Energy Resources Inc. (TSX.V: VUI; OTCQX: VEGYF) ("Virginia Energy") wishes to report that the private placement financing announced on December 28, 2012, has been restructured to increase the cash portion to $6.4 million for a total value of $10.1 million, subject to regulatory approval. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
