Yankee Hat Expands Investor Relations Operations

Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:KHT) ("Yankee Hat" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Ms. Nance Massicotte to act as investor relations manager and has also retained AGORACOM Investor Relations ("AGORACOM") to provide online investor relations services.
Nance Massicotte has eight years of investors relations experience introducing public companies to the investment community and communicating with and disseminating news and corporate information to investors, shareholders, analysts, and brokers. During the course of business Nance has facilitated in arranging strategic partnerships, financings, and public awareness. She has attended various public events including trade shows and press conferences and assisted with the preparation and publication of corporate promotional information. She also brings 20 years of experience in client communications, database management, sales, accounting, and business management. As compensation, Nance has been granted an option to acquire 75,000 shares at a price of $0.15 and will be paid a monthly consulting fee of $3,000 per month. The options have been granted in accordance with TSX-V guidelines and the Company's incentive stock option plan.
Further, the Company has retained the services of AGORACOM to provide online investor relations services. AGORACOM will be responsible for raising the awareness of the Company and improving shareholder communication through online media. To create effective communication between Yankee Hat, its shareholders and the investment community, AGORACOM will set up and maintain a customized and monitored IR Hub. The Hub will allow both Yankee Hat and AGORACOM to communicate with all investors simultaneously, anytime in real-time, while providing shareholders with equal access and complete transparency to all investor relations communications. The IR Hub includes a monitored discussion forum for the purposes of constructive and high-quality discussion about the Company that is free of spam, hyping, and profanity. The Hub also provides one-click access to all critical Yankee Hat corporate information, as well as, an executive audio address. AGORACOM will also be responsible for raising investor awareness by spotlighting company developments and disseminating news throughout its extensive and exclusive network which includes Globeinvestor.com, Yahoo Finance Canada, AOL Finance Canada, and Blackberry devices. Yankee Hat and AGORACOM are at arm's length and have entered into a written agreement for a one year term commencing on July 1, 2008. As compensation, AGORACOM will be granted an option to acquire 250,000 shares at a price of $0.15 and will be paid a monthly consulting fee of $3,000 per month. The options have been granted in accordance with TSX-V guidelines and the Company's incentive stock option plan.
