CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 21, 2011) - Antioquia Gold Inc. ("Antioquia" or the "Company") (News - Market indicators) today announced that the Company has applied and received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 3,571,000 warrants (the "Warrants") with a exercise price of $0.40 per common share from April 22, 2011, by five months to September 22, 2011. The extension of the term of the Warrants is effective immediately. All other terms of the Warrants remain the same. For further information on the original issuance of the Warrants, please refer to the press releases of the Company dated October 15, 2009, filed on SEDAR.
Warrant holders are advised that replacement Warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original Warrant certificates must be presented to Antioquia in order to affect the exercise or transfer of such Warrants.
