EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVITY PERIOD
Further to its announcement of 30 January 2015, in relation to a proposed takeover offer by Western Uranium Corporation ("Western"), Black Range Minerals Limited (ASX:BLR) ("the Company") advises that due diligence inquiries have been completed to the satisfaction of Western.
In order to allow the parties additional time to finalise the documentation, the
Company advises that it has agreed to extend Western's exclusivity period to 8
March 2015.
