As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, we are issuing the following press release to clarify our disclosure. The Company has filed on SEDAR amended interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011 (the "Interim Financial Statements"). The nature of the amendment to the Interim Financial Statements related to the inclusion of an opening IFRS statement of financial position as well as revisions to its note on IFRS to further discuss its situation regarding its conversion to IFRS.
