In the Company's news release dated April 25, 2013, it was announced that the technical reports "Geology and Mineral Resources, Green Energy Project, Grand County, Utah, USA" dated March 14, 2011, and "Geology and Mineral Resources, Utah Potash Project, White Cloud, Salt Wash and Whipsaw Areas, Grand County, Utah, USA" dated April 30, 2011 (collectively, the "Original Green Energy and Utah Potash Reports") would be combined into one current and complete technical report (the "Updated Green Energy/Utah Potash Report") and that the technical report "Geology and Mineral Resources, Bounty Potash Project, Box Elder and Tooele Counties, Utah, USA" dated February 15, 2012 (the "Original Bounty Report") would be updated with a current and complete technical report on the Company's Bounty potash property (the "Updated Bounty Report"). The Company is pleased to announce that the Updated Green Energy/Utah Potash Report and the Updated Bounty Report have now been filed under the Company's profile on SEDAR. None of the Original Green Energy and Utah Potash Reports, the Updated Green Energy/Utah Potash Report, the Original Bounty Report or the Updated Bounty Report contain mineral resources or reserves estimates or a preliminary economic assessment.
