VANCOUVER , Aug. 22, 2014 /CNW/ - First Majestic Silver Corp. (FR.TO) (AG) (the "Company" or "First Majestic") is pleased to
announce that its common shares have been authorized for listing on the
Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV"). The Company expects the shares to begin
trading on the BMV on Monday, August 25, 2014 under the trading symbol
"AG". The Company will retain its primary listings on the Toronto Stock
Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbols "FR"
and "AG", respectively.

employers, we look forward to our upcoming listing on the Mexican Stock
