January 30, 2015 - Gold Bullion Development Corp. (TSXV: GBB) (OTCPINK: GBBFF) (the "Company" or "Gold Bullion") and Timiskaming First Nations (TFN) have entered into the second stage of their mutually beneficial relationship with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding Gold Bullion's Granada Gold Project near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, a community with a strong mining history that lies within the Traditional Territories of the TFN.
