Pridham appointed as Executive chairman

Corporation Inc. [TSX-V:TIC] today announces the appointment of Gordon Pridham
as Executive Chairman of the Corporation.
Mr. Pridham will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders
as the Company moves into the next phase of development.
Since joining Titanium Corporation�s
Board as a director in December 2006, Mr. Pridham, has provided valuable market
advice and strategic guidance to the Company. He is an accomplished executive with
more than 25 years experience in investment banking, capital markets and corporate banking. Mr. Pridham has
financed and advised companies across a broad range of sectors in both public
and private markets. He has a
wealth of experience in the energy and natural resources sectors, having worked
in the Energy and Minerals group of Chemical Bank and National Bank in New York,
Calgary, Toronto and Hong Kong. After working for Merrill Lynch he went
on to manage the Canadian Investment Banking groups at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell,
Research Capital, and Raymond James. He has sat on the boards of various public
and private companies. With this background, he has detailed knowledge on how
companies fund their growth, acquire new business and provide value back to
shareholders.
Mr. Pridham is President and CEO of
Edgewater Capital Inc. and Chairman of Monarch Wealth Management. He is a graduate of the Institute of
Corporate Directors program and a graduate of the University of Toronto. Mr. Pridham also serves as a director of
Newalta Income Fund, Canada�s leading industrial waste management and environmental services company focused on maximizing the value inherent in
oilfield and industrial waste through the recovery of saleable products and
recycling.
